Kuli Kaur-Wilson

Having worked with Wolverhampton services for nearly 20 years, Kuli began her NHS career in HR, before moving to Penn Hospital in Wolverhampton to focus on the redesign of mental health services.

After completing her Post Graduate Diploma at the University of Wolverhampton, Kuli continued to work within service planning and transformation and was appointed to her first director post in June 2019, when she became Interim Director of Strategy at Black Country Partnership NHS Trust.

Kuli was appointed permanently as Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer at Black Country Healthcare NHS, following the merger of Black Country Partnership and Dudley and Walsall Mental Health and has led the development of the Trust’s first Clinical Strategy and has been a driving force behind the Trust becoming the Lead Provider for mental health, learning disabilities and autism across the Black Country.

Kuli lives with her husband and their 3 children in Worcestershire, and in their spare time they enjoy walking, swimming, music and (when the youngest gets his way) exploring dinosaur-related activities.
