Andrew Wolverson is the Director of Adult Social Care (DASS) for Wolverhampton City Council. He is responsible for Adult’s Social Care, Children’s and Adults Safeguarding, Adult Mental Health, Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub, Adults with Physical and/or Learning Disabilities including transition to adulthood, Welfare Rights Adult’s Commissioning and OneWolverhampton integrated care system.

Andrew, who joined City of Wolverhampton in 2004 as Community Care Sustainability Manager, has held a number of roles including Head of Early Intervention and Prevention and Head of Children’s Strategy and Partnership and Deputy Director of Commissioning and Transformation.
