As Technology-Enabled Care (TEC) evolves rapidly, there is a growing recognition of the need for a more integrated approach across the city. This will allow for a streamlined service for users and more efficient use of shared resources. The digital agenda will focus on TEC with specific objectives to:

  • Support adults in maintaining independent living.
  • Target individuals at risk of escalating care needs.
  • Assist individuals recently discharged from hospital who are at risk of readmission.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships, infrastructure, governance, and shared learning.
  • Ensure the sustainability of TEC initiatives.
  • Foster an organisational culture that supports the ongoing development of TEC.
