Prevention and Community Resilience

Empowering communities to thrive and remain resilient in a rapidly changing environment is essential. A wide range of approaches are required to support this ambition, multiple workstreams will be developed, including initiatives to address the wider determinants of health, such as supporting individuals in returning to work.

A key area of focus will be redeveloping the Wolverhampton Information Network (WIN), a digital directory designed to help residents access health, social care, and community services. The aim is to make WIN more accessible, user-friendly, and regularly updated, ensuring it reflects the full range of services available across both statutory and voluntary sectors.
