About Us

OneWolverhampton is a collaboration of health, social care, voluntary, and community organisations working together for better health and care.

By adopting a population health approach, we aim to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Wolverhampton, focusing on both physical and mental health to help reduce health inequalities across the city.

We work across organisations and with local communities to better understand their unique needs, using data and evidence to guide our actions and focus on changes that will make a real difference to people’s lives.

We aim to do this through three key ambitions:

  • Putting people at the heart of what we do
  • Right care, right place, right time
  • Working better together
